Super smooth and easy customer service!

Every time I’ve had an issue and contacted customer service the issue has been resolved within 10 minutes!! It’s super easy to transfer money and receive. Chase has given me the best service I’ve ever experienced with a bank - from the amazing app with a super user friendly UI, customer care who have instantly helped me in times of need - you can self serve without having to wait ages. Chase, highly recommended

I have banked with Chase for over a year and have been really impressed with what they offer. The savings rates are competitive, I LOVE the cash back feature and the app is really user friendly.
