Great customer service

Have banked with Chase for around 18 months now and have found their service and customer focus to be truly excellent - a breath of fresh air after poor recent experiences with other banks. Phones and messaging answered promptly and competently, and queries resolved. Account also competitive, providing 1% interest, cashback and roundup interest. Only two issues: switching a problem at outset as they didn’t belong to the switching service at the time (former bank seemed unable to transfer my account as a result), and account activity not picked up by credit rating agencies. Hopefully this will be resolved as their UK presence becomes more established - they’re open to feedback so I’m confident that customers like me will be listened to and adjustments made. Market Leader, best bank 2024

So easy to use, and amazing features. I moved all my finances and daily banking to Chase. Great card, account and savings options. It’s by far better than any of the other digital banks - All of which I have tried. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

By far the best bank I’ve had.

By far the best bank I’ve had out of 4 banks! I get 1% cash back on spending, superb interest on savings. When I’ve had an issue, it’s been so simple to talk to customer services online who have never let me down. The 1% is a huge part of the benefits that will keep me as a customer.
