Chase has to be by far the easiest bank I've ever used

Chase has to be by far the easiest bank I have ever dealt with. Great customer services and friendly staff to talk to, fantastic services provided and the icing on the cake has to be the cash back service! I love everything about Chase & what it offers.

I love the app, Chase offers interest on my current account as well as on my savings account. I have separate pots of money with a good interest rate. I love that it is easy to move money about it is instant to access my money. Free to use internationally if paying in the local currency. It just works for me. Easy to set up a new payee and it checks the information is correct. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
