Chase is a fantastic bank with lots of benefits. The cash back is awesome and the app is very user friendly. On top of this there is interest on your current account and the customer service is excellent! Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

A breath of fresh air

Really straight forward to setup. The app has a nice, clean and presentable UI. Transferring money between accounts is quick and easy. Paying contacts even easier. It’s very refreshing after banking with the traditional banks who could learn a lot from Chase and the example they have set. In addition to all of this, you get 1% cashback on spending which is a nice bonus. Couple the cashback with roundups, and you build up a nice bonus pot of money to use as you see fit. I have not had any negative experiences since switching to Chase and it seems there are lots of positive new features in the pipeline which I believe will make it a great all round product, that everyone should have. Chase FTW

I've been a Chase customer for over a year now. They have a very attractive offering; current account with no fees, 1% cashback rewards that pays out very quickly, customer services available in the app at the touch of a button (both as messages with a real person or over the phone), and the app is really easy to use and monitor the account and debit card. Further improvements to their offering, including acceptance of cash deposits in Post Offices as opposed to incoming transfers from other bank accounts, would make this perfect and prevent the need for having two bank accounts at the same time Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
