Amazing

I can’t believe I didn’t join Chase Bank earlier. Getting 1% cash back on your spends and the rounding up if not spending the full pound is another bonus. I cannot recommend Chase Bank enough, amazing. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent account

The 1% cashback is an excellent return on most of my everyday spending and the App enables me to keep track of account transactions and is really easy to use, even for a Luddite like me. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

The worst customer service

Great bank, so long as you never have to contact them. Every single time I have had to over the last year, it has turned into a nightmare. The staff are so poorly trained that nobody knows what is going on. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
