Chase Current Account

I have not had to contact chase so I am unsure about their customer service. I have had no issues with the account but am disappointed that you only get cashback on everyday items now. That used to be my favourite feature of the account. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

Chase is my Number One

This is a great bank. The app is very easy to use and I get alerts of any credits or debits. If I have a query, I can call from within the app and get an answer in minutes. They were also very helpful recently with an international transfer. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
