A bank it is possibly to communicate easily with!

I recently had a problem with a travel company that was adamant they had refunded my deposit but it never reached my current account. The company was very reluctant to help look into it further so I messaged CHASE customer services who were most helpful and initiated a ‘Chargeback’ process. 1% cashback for all spending the first year you sign up, a round-up account to accumulate spare change with a 5% AER, a savings account with a 3% AER, and more rewards to come, in-app customer support, the ability to split money up into different accounts for different needs, the ability to view statements and track spendings within the app, secure, verified checkouts.
