So easy to use and good savings rates too

I like being able to open multiple savings accounts instantly to keep different savings for different events. There are no transaction fees abroad and also cashback and interest on current account too. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

The Chase Current Account provides everything you need from a bank account for everyday transactions. The banking app is easy to use & intuitive making it simple to track your finances day to day & manage your budget as you can see at a glance what you've spent and what remains. For the international traveller, there are no exchange rate fees & the exchange rate is very competitive, with the result that it works as well while travelling as it does when at home. Simple, Honest & Rewarding Bank for a Standard Current Account

easy to sign up and if I remember correctly I received something like £20 at the time as was recommended from a friend... No charges, fast transfers and currently 1% cashback on purchases = not a huge amount but handy when i have been a few pence short on purchases or skint and needed a few pence for that 5p coffee from the machine at work :) Reviewed on: 18th March 2023

Excellent rates, quick customer support but..

I opened this and was very pleased with the opening process. The debit card arrived very soon after. I had an issue where I sent money to my partner but she never got it. It turns out I got the account number wrong and sent £600. When I contacted Chase they were not helpful, saying their app asks if I am sure the account is correct. No name check was done and I was on my own to resolve it. Other than that, it has been great. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023
