The app is super easy to use and is always available online unlike other banks where the app won’t work “due to technical issues”. I’ve used the customer services to check out what I thought where fraudulent activities and the team where super helpful and efficient. Chase has been exceptional.

Chase has been exceptional. I use my card in the UK purchases and get 1% cash back for up to £1500 per calendar month. I use my card outside the UK without any charges. Customer Service is brilliant. Chase replaces cards at no extra cost to users. Not even postage. I am always warned when a direct debit is due few days beforehand. It is just wonderful service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
