Excellent customer care

Everyone likes value for money. Which is why I joined Chase bank after the offer of 1% cashback on spending. I didn't think I would stay after the offer expired but Chase continue to offer me market leading saving rates, cashback on spending and excellent customer service. What's not to love? My only gripe, and this shows how good Chase are, is when using the app to check spending it doesn't show a balance after transactions. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
