Putting the rest to shame!

Never has a bank been able to do the simple things so exceptionally well: straight forward sign-up process, immediate and instant customer service in the UK to a REAL person, competitive savings offerings, tasteful communication, amazing app and interface with cool data insights. Fabulous bank account with immediate payments between accounts.

I love Chase as I receive 1% back on purchases and it has a linked 3% saver. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Its a No-Brainer

Have been with Chase Bank for just under a year. The primary reason was to get the cashback on everything we spend - it soon mounts up! We also opened a savings account (We now have 3 for Bills, Holidays & Personal spending) getting a good interest rate. It is so easy to move money between the accounts. We also signed up for the “Round Up” which is where they round up your spend to the nearest pound and give you 5% interest on it - you don’t really notice it and you get the money after a year put into whichever account you want. I think the app is really straightforward and use on my tablet at home, my husband uses his on his i-phone and sometimes has trouble connecting. Overall very satisfied Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
