Safe, Easy, Informative banking

Using the Chase app is simplicity itself. I receive notifications of expenditure and it is quick and easy to move money or pay bills. Having the bank account managed by an app only, feels secure, operates as well as any bank, you can move money around easily and has a very supportive online chat team. And gives you a decent interest and cash back. Couldn’t ask for more. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

My experience of banking with Chase is only positive. I’ve earned lots of cash back through debit card purchases, the app is extremely convenient and easy to navigate. The one and only time I needed to call customer service, I was connected to a real person who’s first language was English and she was clearly in the same country as me. She was extremely helpful, very pleasant and it turned out that the issue was that I had tried to pay for something using my old debit card by mistake because I had only recently changed bank’s and still had my old card in my wallet. We had a laugh about it and she checked if I was happy with the service that Chase were providing and if there was anything else I needed. Nice to have personal service. She could have been dismissive as I had effectively wasted her time, but I felt like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Chase bank, attractive accounts, hopeless customer communications

Chats on the App are unbearably frustrating. In answer to a simple question asking if Chase could supply the sort code and account number of someone who had made a payment into my account in order for me to return the payment, there ensued 40 mins of gobbledegook from the Chase respondent who consistently misunderstood the question and took on average 12 mins each time to send a long, tedious and irrelevant reply Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
