Best Decision Ever

Opening a Chase account was simple quick and easy. The account is perfect for managing day to day spend and interacts perfectly with my other bank. Once of the best out there...

I have recommended CHASE on several occasions already and everyone who has become a user have all been as thrilled as I am. It is only accessible using an app but the ease of operation does not make this a chore but a joy. The number of different accounts you can open really assist you to focus and control your finances, and, you can manage and move things around so easily yourself. If you need help, customer support is on hand to step either via messaging or a telephone call. They've already proven themselves to keep abreast of inflation and interest rates, increasing their own in line with the changing situations. Customers are cleverly incentivised with cashback rewards, roundups and zero charges when spending abroad. What more could you ask? Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best bank and customer service by far

How do the other banks get it so wrong? The chase app is exceptional. Customer service via the chat is brilliant and fast response times. Cash back on your spending. Round up.
