A Chase in the Sun

Originally opened a Chase account as the best option for using on my holidays, free exchange and guaranteed the best rates on the day, so easy to set up and to use, now use it all year round, and you get cash back, you’d be mad not to open an account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Extremely safe app, brilliant interest rate, very informative.

A refreshing new bank

Chase is a great bank. So different from the Big 5. It is easy to use. If you have a query or need help, a reply arrives online very promptly. Interest keeps pace with BofE changes. The rewards are great and have really helped me save and manage my money better. I have confidence in Chase that ii don't with conventional banks. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great products and interest rates, app needs improvement!

I love the interest rates and link to Nutmeg but the app lags. I also have accounts with Lloyds and their app is superior. I understand the one card approach but with a slow app, to switch which account you’re spending from, it’s pretty frustrating! The app only updates when logged in so balances can be out of date. Good banking app

All transactions are instantly messaged to your mobile phone so you know that even if you've lost your card, you know straight away someone is using it and also where it is being used via Google maps. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
