Helpful customer service

Helpful 24/7 customer service. But still some limitations which prevent full functionality as a bank - ability to deposit cash, direct debits, cheque deposits etc. Also, the app is still quite slow and glitchy. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fantastic customer support.

I lost or had my card stolen in Tenerife. The bank helped with my card stop and allowed me to still use my banking app for contactless payments. A godsend as I m travelling for a year and cannot get a new card. Helpful, understanding and professional. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Useful cashback facility and competitive easy access savings rate

Myself, my wife and our three grown up children all have Chase accounts. We joined quite early on and we’re able to take advantage of a cash back offer too. The app works well and there have been very few issues since account opening. Definitely five stars! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best Online Bank I've Ever Had

I never write these reviews and never vote in polls like this. I have broken my duck because my experience with Chase has been so positive that I've already encouraged five other people to sign up. The app is intuitive, simple and powerful. It let's you do what you want to do, without hiding things from you. It even offers you the option to leave the bank within a few simple touches of the screen. How confident in their service is that?
