Chase bank experience has been great

My experience with Chase bank has been very positive, they were quick to respond when I needed help and the app is very user friendly. There are notifications for payments (recent and upcoming) which I find really helpful and it's easy to transfer money to my savings accounts. Reviewed on: 25th January 2026

Excellent service

I had a problem with a transaction whilst I was abroad and unable to make a telephone call to Chase so I contacted them via their text service and it was sorted out immediately which was excellent service. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Easy Banking.

I have held accounts with Chase for the past 5 years. I have various savings pots and a credit card in addition to my current account. Everything is so easy to manage via the app based system. Regular offers are made available which I usually take advantage of e.g. increased savings rates, introduce a friend incentives. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Great Current Account

I've had this account for my main spending for a couple of years now, opened back when you got 1% cashback on every debit card transaction. It's disappointing that cashback is now limited to groceries, fuel and travel, but that's still pretty good, particularly as there are no monthly fees. The app is easy to use, and on the odd occasion I've needed customer services they have been great. The interest rate has dropped on the savings accounts, but still worth having for setting some money aside. I have recommended Chase to friends and family, and will continue to do so as the savings rate for new customers is good, even though this doesn't benefit me personally!
