With a user friendly and intuitive online banking app, Chase keeps things simple focusing on what matters most without unnecessary features. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. Used Chase for a few years now. good app but glitches.

Used Chase for a few years now. Use it for spending money more than bills. Understand why they have changed rhe cash back terms but very disappointing as a customer to be so restricted now versus previously. App easy to use but can be a bit glitchy (as others have reported). Like easy ability to set up multiple accounts and super easy to move money between. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Not quite what it used to be

Having been with Chase for a few years now, the benefits for its customers have slowly chipped away making it a less competitive offering. The restrictions on cash back criteria, and the complete removal of interest rates on current accounts mean my only initiative to stay is the admin task of switching to another provider.
