App is simple to use.

App is simple to use. I like the rounding up when I spend and that I am informed promptly when I make a transaction. I used the card confidently on holiday. Communication is good and is polite so that I feel valued unlike communication with my previous bank which was difficult to achieve. I wish I had discovered Chase earlier. Great product when it launched, not so good now

This was a great product when it started because the debit card gave 1% cashback on the vast majority of spending, but recently they restricted the cashback to supermarkets, fuel, and travel, so this is a serious loss. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025
