It ends before it starts!

It ends before it starts... Due to card issues as well moving money internally between accounts I've been forced to transfer my money to a more British account while at a supermarket checkout. I've had to request the store managers hang time up to 2 hours and in and out of shopping queues waiting for the withdrawals Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Excellent value

I’ve been using Chase for well over a year. It’s very good, in conjunction with its savings accounts and the “rewards scheme” allowing flexibility in moving money from one to the other to earn interest. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Chase represents straightforward banking.

Chase is very clear with their information regarding any changes affecting my account. The ability to enter my account and complete transactions is very straightforward. If I need to get in contact I can phone and the contact is immediate. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

I love the bank account!

I love the account for the round ups and rewards it's so easy to bank with them. My daughter opened an account on my recommendation and she had to contact customer services who were brilliant! Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Chase have a wonderful customer service support syst...

Chase have a wonderful customer service support system, which answers concerns and queries very quickly over the phone or via a web chat. Agents are real people, knowledgable and quick to action responses. They give me confidence to do some complex banking despite the fact there are no physical branches. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Chase started well in the UK - but went downhill

Chase started well in the UK. They paid decent interest and gave cashback. However successive reductions in customer benefits make them a poor bet now. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
