Chase Bank is great

I've been using the Chase UK current account for a while now, and I must say, it’s been excellent. The mobile app is incredibly intuitive, making it effortless to manage my finances on the go. The 1% cashback on everyday spending is a fantastic perk, and the round-up savings feature is a great way to build up savings without even thinking about it. I also really appreciate the top-notch customer service – responses are always prompt and helpful. The fact that there are no fees on foreign transactions is a huge bonus, especially for travel. Overall, Chase UK provides a seamless and rewarding banking experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and reliable current account. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025

Cuts on Cashback Offer.

I have been a Chase Bank customer for about two years and it was an amazing Current Account to have which set it out so different from other current accounts with great offers like the cashback offers when shopping etc. But since it has cut its cashback offers on the current account it is just the same as other current accounts. It could have kept some of the offers like all shopping and eating out as part of the cashback offer with cutting the shopping abroad but too drastic a cut in offers. Still a good bank account to have for use when travelling abroad. I would have given Chases Bank Current account higher ratings and would have recommended it to friends and family a mark of ten but not due to cuts in cashback offer. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025
