Great Experience with Chase Bank! I’ve been banking with Chase for years, and their service is excellent. Their mobile app is easy to use, customer support is always helpful, and their credit card rewards are among the best. With plenty of branches and ATMs, banking is always convenient. Just so simple to do banking.

Just so simple to do banking. Don’t even worry about trying new things like transferring money to another person or setting up a direct debit. Initiative interface that helps and always other help available. I wish they had been around 40 years ago when I started my banking life journey. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

A real bank, not a faceless computer system.

Everything a bank should be to it's customers. Old school customer service! No extortionate charges for foreign transactions makes it great value. In a recent transaction a security risk was identified and dealt with sensibly by real people on the phone. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

The best current account

The best current account out there accompanied by great customer experience when there is a dispute in transactions. Used to be able to earn 1% interest but still is the best for current account use with the round up save which earn 5% interest. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025
