Customer resolutions resolved within minutes.

Whilst abroad in America, we had an issue created by the cruise ships purchasing systems. We had bought an item onboard & then when we went to buy something else it was refused. Contacting the staff at Chase, took seconds to resolve, speaking to a real person & who knew how to quickly resolve it. The cruise ship only needed to re-authorise the transactions & with that we could enjoy the rest of a much needed holiday. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
