straightforward and Safe

Easy to open online account and I was given £100 Amazon voucher to have my salary paid in. Straight forward switching process. The app is simple to naviagte and reliable. Excellent security checks with payments and transfers. Reviewed on: 8th March 2026

Great current account with no monthly fee.

Great current account with no monthly fee. Seamless app experience, very well-designed and intuitive. Easy to set up "pots" for different things such as bills and holiday planning and to move money between them. I like that I can access all card details even if I don't have the physical card nearby. Love the round up feature with the added interest and how simple the app is. Being able to swipe down and reset instead of reloading the app is great too. Best interest rates I have seen in a bank aswell. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Great experience over two years with Chase

I use my Chase current account for all my personal expenditure and I find it really simple and easy to use. The app is great and the cashback offer is good. It is much easier to make transfers/payments with Chase than my other banks. I had an issue with receipt of payment for a car I was selling and the customer support was excellent and provided a prompt solution to resolve the issue. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
