My Chase account in a nut shell is fabulous

Opening my Chase account was straightforward, there was no fuss and I was up and running quickly. Moving money between my current and savings accounts is easy. I love my round up account which saves (at a great rate) the rounded up money on my transactions. Setting up Direct Debits and Standing Orders is so simple too. All round this account is great!! Straightforward application process

I found the whole application process very easy and straightforward. The account was up and running within days unlike a ridiculously protracted process with another online bank I previously opened an online account with. I’ve got nothing bad to say about Chase… they’ve helped with fraud, they are supportive with queries, the app is user friendly, and is everything you could ask for… the one downside is the interest rate used to be better, and the cash back was also better when it wasn’t capped!
