I love Chase - it's super user friendly, has helped me to manage my money and get out of debt and I've earnt interest while doing so. It's my favourite current account option, particularly compared to high street banks too which was a surprise to me! Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Chase Current Account

I have been a Current Account customer of Chase for almost 3 years and have been very happy with the service received. The app is very easy to use, and their customer service team is friendly and helpful. One a trip to New York I had some issues with my account (not due to Chase!) amd even though I am a UK customer, the team in the US did everything they could to help me. Plus it's so convenient being able to use the card abroad with no fees. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Opening of the account was v straightforward. Could use the card before it physically arrived which took only a couple of days anyway. Cash back and round up options. Called customer service a few times and always excellent experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Highly recommended for value and ease of use

Very straightforward to join; app is extremely intuitive and they've thought of little things that not all banks do such as being easily able to copy your account details. Interest rate is good with the extra incentive of cashback on spends. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
