Just The Best

I changed to Chase a year ago when they were offering the best in British banking in terms of cash back, interest rates and simplicity. They still are so I have no reason to think of changing and have encouraged members of my family to change too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

App is simple to use.

App is simple to use. I like the rounding up when I spend and that I am informed promptly when I make a transaction. I used the card confidently on holiday. Communication is good and is polite so that I feel valued unlike communication with my previous bank which was difficult to achieve. I wish I had discovered Chase earlier. It offers real-time notifications, detailed spending insights, and easy-to-use budgeting tools. Moving money between accounts or setting up standing orders is a breeze. Another big plus is the 24/7 customer support. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve received quick and helpful responses via in-app chat. Security also seems to be a top priority — the app uses biometric login and gives you control over your card (you can freeze/unfreeze it instantly, which is great peace of mind). Overall, Chase UK combines modern features, smart saving tools, and real value for money. Great product when it launched, not so good now

This was a great product when it started because the debit card gave 1% cashback on the vast majority of spending, but recently they restricted the cashback to supermarkets, fuel, and travel, so this is a serious loss. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Quick, clear, helpful, great banking!

I went online to find a bank that didn’t charge for oversees purchases. A friend had recommended Chase, and a well known online money advisor also recommended Chase. Within minutes I had a current account and in days my card had arrived. The App is great and the messages sent helpful and not too many. whilst on holiday I could keep track of my spending easily. And the introductory boosted interest rate on the savings account is excellent. I’ve started using this for my saving account now. All round I'm delighted with my experience with Chase.
