I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to use and efficient account.

After a bit of a learning curve I find the account pretty easy to use.It is easy to use the app and easy to transfer between accounts..The debit card cashback is welcome and the linked savings account originally paid a generous interest rate.This unfortunately has been reduced. I’ve been happy with Chase since day one.

I’ve been happy with Chase since day one. The app is simple to navigate and use, they’ve had good rates and added bonuses like cashback. I’ve not really had to contact them for any issues, but the customer service was good when they contacted me because I was trying to make a large purchase. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Excellent security and customer service

Spending and getting cash back is great but my experience with customer services when my account was compromised was excellent, and being able to instantly freeze my account and have new details generated just as quickly is very reassuring. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
