I’ve had an outstanding experience with my Chase account. From the seamless online banking to the excellent customer service, Chase consistently exceeds my expectations. The mobile app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to check balances, transfer funds. Chase keep me informed of every transaction. When I was a fraud victim Chase dealt with the problem easily on my part, quickly and very satisfactorily, and my money was returned, the perpetrator tried a second time the next day to use my money to have food delivered but were refused.
