App is so easy to use. Clear layouts and I even like how you can customise your icons associated with your account. You can also find lots finance information through the app or the newsletters like money advice and stories which can be interesting. They’re also easy reads. Chase has invested in a brilliant App. It's easy to use and view your balances and purchase information. Chase offer great customer service. I received an immediate response when I ever I experienced issues from an advisor whose first language was not a barrier to comprehension. Simple, clean, and user friendly

I had initial problems setting up the account. However, once it was open, it was a breeze using. I enjoy the simplicity. I get really frustrated with banks that incorporate all sorts of fancy and unnecessary rewards, that changes every other month.
