24/7 customer service is so helpful and the staff ar...

24/7 customer service is so helpful and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I find navigating my finances extremely easy and I know where my money is going. Prompt notifications when changes happen to my account wether that be money out or in (unlike other banks who’s notifications come sometimes over an hour after the fact) and fantastic cash-back offers. As a student I find this bank amazing and I’m sure I will feel the same when I graduate and start working. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
