Chase started very well high interest on savings excellent rewards and good cash back. Chase have lowered interest rates to 3% better products out there cash back only on a get items now. Easy to use, quick response from advisors.

I really like the Chase App, it's very intuitive and easy to use. I like that you can 'chat' with an advisor 24/7 and have found they always get back to me very quickly. They have been helpful in resolving issues with transactions. You used to get 1% cashback on overseas spending. I travel a lot so I'm disappointed that they've stopped this. It's also a bit inconvenient that they have increased the amount you have to pay into the account each month to be eligible for the cashback. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
