I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Incredibly user-friendly, very rewarding banking, with excellent communication and a reliable App. I’ve never felt so in control of my own finances before. Very high international transfer charges

Chase’s overseas transfer fees are just too high. The exchange rates aren’t competitive, and the additional charges make international transactions far more expensive than they should be. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Great Company but poor customer service

I had high hopes for Chase’s current account, but the customer service has been a huge letdown. Getting help is incredibly frustrating – long wait times, unhelpful responses, and a lack of urgency in resolving issues. I had a problem with a transaction, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I was passed around different agents with no resolution. They are worth the money, but service can go up leaps and bounds. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
