Easy to use App and excellent customer service

Easy to use straightforward App with everything I need on a day to day basis clear and accessible. When I have needed customer service I have always spoken to a real person, who knows what they are talking about, and without waiting in a long queue. 10/10 for customer service. I have found the Chase Card a life saver when travel...

I have found the Chase Card a life saver when travelling. The App is so easy to use to pay in money & to move money between accounts.Setting up the account was a little difficult due to taking a photo of myself as I wear glasses which caused a problem but that may have been down to my lack of ability on taking photos & technology. Quick to update me with any transactions. Notifications come through quicker than other banks. Their chatbot is useful. I feel safe banking with them. Having free banking abroad was my primary reason for banking with chase but their account offers so much more. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
