The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

Account for 3 years .

I’ve had my account for nearly 3 years. It took a while to set up due to a large number of people joining. Easy to use online. Rates were very good but dropped recently. I like the way you can easily see interest and moving money to another account is easy. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

High Interest not fixed term

As a valued client of Chase Bank, I have generally been pleased with the quality of their services. However, I recently encountered an issue that I believe warrants attention. Upon opening my account, I was assured a specific interest rate on my savings. Unfortunately, this rate has been adjusted multiple times, with the bank attributing these changes to the policies of the Bank of England. While I understand that interest rates can fluctuate, it would have been helpful to have a clearer communication from the outset that these rates were subject to external factors. This lack of information has been somewhat disappointing. Nevertheless, I continue to regard Chase Bank as a provider of commendable services. I hope that in the future, they will prioritize clear and upfront communication on such matters to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
