Saving while not noticing! Brilliant!

I joined Chip around its inception and took to it like a duck to water. I started using it to save for my annual car and home insurance using its goals function. My thinking was, why pay the additional interest on the insurances monthly installs when you can pay the annual bill off in one using a credit card, then clear that with Chip savings. My credit card gives me rewards &/or cashback on purchases, then I clear the balance in one using my savings in Chip! A double win! Chip saves discreetly and you really won't notice it syphoning funds from your account except when things get tight at the end of a month. You can pause savings entirely, reduce its savings % or set a no savings below £XXX balance of your choice. During this year's lockdown, I set up it's payday put away and set it on its highest savings setting. I've saved enough to treat my wife with a nice gift on her 40th, apsy my normal insurance policies and have a nice chunk left over! All in, it's flexible, doesn't get in the way and works a charm. Really really easy way to save without it being heavily noticed

High rates. Easy to use

Great app. Makes saving east. Don't even notice that you're doing it and best of all you can get 1.25% bonus payout on your savings every 3 months which is much more than any high street bank's interest at the moment! Only problem is that there is a small fee every month so this might negate the bonus payout depending how much you save Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Saving without noticing - wow !

This App is awesome ! I have for the first time ever saved money. It is a stress free method to save. I am informed of ‘saves ’ the day they are happening, which I can very easily cancel without changing any of my savings settings. A very easy to use method of saving, without the awful set-up fees, minimum balances or timescales of traditional saving methods. Go Chip - you amaze me with every ‘save’. Best savings app

have been with chip a little over 2 months now and it is by far the best savings at out there with an interest rate of 1.25% on £10 up to £10,000. No other savings account can match it at the present time. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
