Life changing savings habits!

With small savings that I don’t have to do anything to make and regular info on why and how to invest chip has changed my view on money and how I manage it. I’ve paid off an overdraft and am making my way towards being a saver and investor rather than paying large amounts of interest each month I’ll be looking forward to earning it! Straight forward, no-nonsense banking

I have only recently joined Chip, but already I am loving the simple approach, the variety of ways to save and the easy-to-use app. The regular advice and emails they send are informative and its refreshing to see that Chip pass on any base rate rises within days; the way it should be. So far I have been very impressed with Chip. Their app is easy to use, depositing money is effortless and if you do need to contact them, their response time is good and they are both friendly and informative. I particularly like the different promotions they run. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023

Straightforward and easy to use app

Chip offers a very modern approach to saving, the app is straightforward and easy to use. Depositing money into the savings account takes minimal effort and customers receive an email confirmation. Contacting Chip via the app works well and the replies from Chip not only answer the question but are refresingingly human. The tone is friendly and approachable, just how banking should be.
