Best way to save

Fantastic savings app

I have been using chip for around 3 months now and the interest rate on the savings account is better than the high street banks. The interest rate has also increased a few times since I joined showing a consistency to move with changes in the base interest rate. Something sadly the banks are not able to do. The investment platform is also great. Also being able to withdraw savings instantly is helpful and something not widely available with other savings account. Often you are locked in which can be harmful if you need some money in the short term. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Smart, simple and super friendly

Delighted to be a Chip customer, the tech is of very high quality and feels very secure and trustworthy to use. Development is highly user centric with a broad selection of useful or interesting features coming out frequently that are easy to try out and adopt or reject. I’ve had few problems using Chip over the years, when I have, I found the customer support to be easy to access, quick to respond and accurate with fixes. If I give one critical point it would be to continue to be even more transparent with pricing - the model is simple, but at times I’ve been surprised to discover changes to how I pay for each feature. A safe place for my savings

Chip has established its self as a credible place to put your hard earned savings. Offering a top interest rate for an account with no fixed term and no limit on withdrawals. I also like the automatic regular save option with takes money from my bank if I have above my pre-set limit.
