Prompt, reliable and keeps it's promises

I have purchased car insurance with Churchill for 2 years running. When it came to renewing I found a slightly cheaper quote online and phoned them up to cancel, but to my surprise they matched it! They were pleasant over the phone and very helpful in explaining the different terms of my policy. I had reason to claim on my insurance when my windscreen was chipped and I was pleased how easy it was to sort out with Churchill. Its not just the Churchill Dog that says, Oh Yes!

I was looking to renew my car insurance. Due to my previous driving history I have been involved in a few accidents. Some of the bigger companies wanted over £2000 to insure me. I went straight to Churchill after seeing one of their adverts. The lady I spoke to on the phone was grate and listened to what I had to say about my accidents and after what seemed like no time I was given a quote that was 70% less than my renewal quote. Try to buy a car insurance through comparison sait and give up. Only company not allowing me to buy it online. Ok, try to buy it by a phone. Waiting time was long, long, long. After waiting more then 15 min give up. Churchill made it not easy to purchase my car insurance from them. Frustraiiting!!!! Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
