Its not just the Churchill Dog that says, Oh Yes!

I was looking to renew my car insurance. Due to my previous driving history I have been involved in a few accidents. Some of the bigger companies wanted over £2000 to insure me. I went straight to Churchill after seeing one of their adverts. The lady I spoke to on the phone was grate and listened to what I had to say about my accidents and after what seemed like no time I was given a quote that was 70% less than my renewal quote. Try to buy a car insurance through comparison sait and give up.

Try to buy a car insurance through comparison sait and give up. Only company not allowing me to buy it online. Ok, try to buy it by a phone. Waiting time was long, long, long. After waiting more then 15 min give up. Churchill made it not easy to purchase my car insurance from them. Frustraiiting!!!! Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Competitive prices but need to rethink claims process

They are a company with very competitive prices. Customer services are easy to deal with during the sign up process and help with any queries. Now onto the bad part. When making a claim you have to be prepared to do a lot of phoning them for updates as they don't keep in touch or update you on your claim. I had guaranteed courtesy car on my policy but when I needed a car they refused to provide it. They also made decisions on my claim without informing me. I think their claims process needs changing with better communication within their own departments and to the customer. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015

Quick easy value for money

very good company for long term insurance

Very good and reliable survice
