They claimed to take my payment from my salary, on time every month without the need for manual payments. This was incorrect, I was unfairly charged extra interest due to them applying my payment considerably late. I had to complain three times to rectify the issue, and in the end was only refunded for 2/3 of the charges. Reviewed on: 20th April 2024

Everything is always a quick and easy process with NLCU the customer services is always friendly and efficient and i was able to borrow money when I needed too it’s brilliant that they also encourage saving too.
