most human experience I've had in a while

I found out about clockwise while looking for loan options available to me. I found out by chance that they covered the county where I lived at the time. The following day I joined Clockwise and was offered the loan with terms that fit my needs. The team was very supportive as well, easy to communicate with. This was unexpected. Loan

When I applied for a loan it was easy to complete the application didn't have to wait too long for the money to go into my bank. I also have savings which is also easy to do. I did have a couple of issues and these were resolved within a couple of days... customer service very polite and was very helpful, I even got call back to ensure everything was satisfactory and that I was happy with the resolution.... thank you and 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Simply The Best

I am happy and proud to state here that at Notts and Links Credit Union, I had a very good customer service experience. The ease with which loans are processed, whether you applied in person or online is quite commendable. Upon the approval of my loan, a simple, affordable, cost effective means was set up for me to pay back. This is normally done weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your choice and agreement with the company. I also got the opportunity of making savings because at Notts and Links Credit Union, a personal savings account is opened for you so that while you are paying back, you are also saving a proportion of what is taken from your account. Excellent customer service, very highly recommend.

When i had really hard time Notts and Lincs Credit Union helped a lot, when no one could do it. I am always grateful to them expecially right now when everything is so so expensive and price is up everywhere. They really good customer service always help with anything.
