most human experience I've had in a while

I found out about clockwise while looking for loan options available to me. I found out by chance that they covered the county where I lived at the time. The following day I joined Clockwise and was offered the loan with terms that fit my needs. The team was very supportive as well, easy to communicate with. This was unexpected. I have had excellent service from Clockwise credit union. I have used this company for many years previously before the name change. I am able to get a loan without extortionate interest rates as my credit rating is on the low side. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Since having my 2 children I have really struggling...

Since having my 2 children I have really struggling financially and being unable to work due to not having childcare for my children but I have been with clockwise since 2024 and I didn’t know about it until I searched in any website which can help me financially and affordable and it has been the best experience since. I am still with clockwise and I would always be with them! Customer service is amazing and very helpful and the patience the colleagues have is wonderful I just want to say a massive thank you to clockwise union for helping me through hard times and getting me back on my feet and for me to continue to finding a way ! I really hope I win this £1000 as it would make a HUGE difference to me and my children and I hope we are seen ! We couldn’t thank y enough and appreciate you for everything !
