New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

I called the customer service today and there were respectful and super helpful. They took their time to explain to me details about my policy. It also didn’t take time for them to pick my call. They even encouraged me and wished me good ouch when I told them I was going to book my test soon. For me, it is a great insurance because it seems that they are pretty organized and it’s also good value for money because i didn't have to spend thousands on a car insurance just because I’m a learner who still hasn’t passed their driving license.
