New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

Superb Customer Service

Spoke with Les this afternoon. An excellent customer service experience! Les was polite, helpful and extremely efficient. He also had a lovely manner and came across as very personable! He really made me feel at ease and confident about choosing Collingwood. Explanations and information were clear and concise. Very professional. There were no added sales pressures or advertising of extras. Just straight forward quality customer service from start to finish. Fantastic service from the Collingwood Insurance

Fantastic service from the Collingwood Insurance team each time I've called. Prompt at picking up the phone, then helpful, friendly and professional when dealing with your call. Michelle who I dealt with today to take out a policy was amazing. No such thing as a stupid question and honest in her answers. All call centres should take a leaf out of Collingwood staff's book!
