Top-notch support at a tricky time

We took out our Covered2go policy because it seemed great cover and was a good price, not ever thinking that we may need to claim on it. When I fell and broke my leg skiing however, they came into their own. I had regular update calls from their admin team and also from a doctor to check on my progress. I thought I would be pushed to head home as planned, to save on costs, but they allowed me ample time to ensure I was able to fly comfortably, had people waiting to assist at every transfer point and even allocated me three seats on the plane, so I could sit with my legs across them! They absolutely took the worry out of an already stressful and scary situation and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Top work, Team C2G! Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

A positive experience in France

We had cause to use Covered2Go last year when one of us was taken ill in France and needed emergency medical treatment. The company were extremely quick and helpful in first assuring the French medical system that we had cover, agreeing to cover necessary costs and then helped arrange a repatriation flight to the UK.
