I like to chat to a person not a machine

It took 6 months to agree and recieve my payment

Needed to make a claim after I crashed my bike and for my cycling clothes that were damaged. It took nearly six months for me to recieve the agreed payment and I was provided thirty pound compensation for the delays that were caused after I submitted a formal complaint. Deceptive practices to get insurance award votes

Up until 2 mins ago I was entirely happy with them. However to be entered into the prize draw you have to complete a survey, promo email reads: "voting is super quick and easy. Plus, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000!". So dropped my rating as a result. Completing a survey is not super quick Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

Failed to set up

Auto renew at a greater price despite falling value

Frustratingly slow

I like a company that just gets on with things - sadly my Cycleplan experience was a bit like pulling teeth. After an accident that damaged my bike I had to get a quote from a local shop to get the insurance - which makes perfect sense. However once quoted by my local shop Cycleplan made me get requoted by their trusted supplier - which took a few more days. Then the trusted supplier undercut my local shop. And now I have to wait even longer to get my bike fixed - even though my local shop now has the parts ready to go for my repair. All the while I am paying out for public transport to commute - Arrghhhh... and effectively this will all end up costing me more than if I'd just paid outright for the damage to be put right without the insurance.
