Customer service at it's best!

Unable to open account successfully, I phoned for help. Operator emailed colleague, who phoned me in under 3-4 mins. I was very patiently taken through the steps to open the account. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Always great, friendly, helpful, staff both in branches and over the telephone. Quick service both via branch and online. Would highly recommend. Easy to use website too. Never any issues. Great to see local branches still on the high street Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
