Overall great customer service.

I rang as I never received a confirmation email of my account that I set up online. In particular Simon McCabe (Customer Contact Administrator) was very helpful and informative in advising me on my account and how I could get funds in to my account. Great branches and friendly staff

Darlington Building Society have made it very easy to manage my money. Having that branch presence in so many North East towns helps me withdraw cash quickly when needed. I love the online banking bit too - great to double check every lines up. I think they have fixed their passbook printers too because it's looking so much nicer now.
