All the help I needed with an ISA

I contacted the Society using the local phone number on the website, and spoke to Simon McCabe about an ISA. He was very helpful and talked me through the whole process of applying for an ISA online, and transferring funds from a previous ISA. Although it took a little while, he was very patient and polite, and guided me through the whole processes. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was able to advise me to move the funds from the previous ISA, which had a lower interest rate, in order to take advantage of the better interest rate in the new ISA. He also helped me to set up an online account so that I can easily keep track of the money I've invested with DBS. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Top marks! Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
