This time I did not receive a leter about renewal. I was not able to renew automatiically. I could not renew over the phone, I had to wait about 12 days for an appointment at the Northallerton branch - 45 mins from home. Meanwhile mt money was in an easy access account. Local branch. Much prefer a printed card rather than a letter form (Newcastle BS) only slightly thicker than paper. More staff required at HO when trying to book appointment, long wait for answer. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
